- Food Safety enforcement
Who would benefit
The Law requires that any food handlers are instructed and supervised to a level which is appropriate for their duties. Regardless of the size of your business, if you handle or prepare food that is consumed by others then you need to comply with the Food Hygiene Legislation.
Certification and assessment
Learner’s knowledge will also be tested by 50 multiple-choice questions, spread across the ten modules.
Subject to the satisfactory completion of this course, learners are given access to an electronic Highfield quality endorsed certificate of completion (in PDF format), which they are able to print and display.
