Who would benefit
The course is also ideal for those who don’t work directly with preparing or handling food, but work in an environment where food is handled elsewhere or who only work with low-risk foods. The course familiarises the learner with basic food hygiene practices so they are able to work safely near food. It is also ideal for those staff members undergoing induction and awareness training.
Certification and assessment
Learner’s knowledge will be tested by a series of multiple-choice questions upon the completion of each of the modules.
Subject to the satisfactory completion of this course, learners are given access to an electronic Highfield quality endorsed certificate of completion OR a RoSPA Approved and Institute Of Hospitality endorsed certificate (PDF Format).
